Got an iphone 10 for christmas, it works great, transferred all apps over no problems. Just tried to run my trains with new iphone and get the no tiu/ wiu message. Trains run great with remote, no issues. My phone sees the wifi and logs on just fine. All 3 lights are lit on wifi unit. I am using the mth network not my home one. Any ideas? Wifi worked fine before xmas with iphone 6.

This issue has come up a number of times in the past involving iPhones and iPads. I have an iphone 12 Pro running iOS beta 14.4.5 and the app works as expected. Below is a link to the last post similar to your problem. Go back and recheck your settings, if necessary delete and reinstall the app.
Thanks, guess I will delete and reinstall the app, the only change is the new phone.
OK, got it to work. You do not need to reload the software just change a setting in 'Settings' to accept local networks! Go to 'Settings' and then scroll down to your MTH wifi app and click on it, you will see 3 entries: Local Network/Siri & Search/Cellular Data. Make sure the Local Network is slid to the green so the phone will accept local networks!! That's it. Easy enough but you have to know where to look!!! Thanks!
