Will a $35 credit from Trainz be enough to fix these?

Takes a big man to step up to the plate and say “ here I am, let’s fix this” …….while the man’s on vacation too!!……bravo Scott, …as with most, I’ve had mostly shipping issues but your folks have always handled it,….I’m still not sure what the OP wants at this point, accept an adjustment or return them,….Scott’s willing to do either…….pick one and move on,….

I've never bought train items online but after following this thread, Trainz would be the first place I would shop.

I purchased several trains from Trainz. Only once did I have a problem w/one, it was a Lionel dash8 40c engine. Contacted Trainz to explain the problem. They said they'll email me a return shipping label and ship it back at their cost and they'd fix it. Prior to sending it back I found something else wrong, explained it to them and I said I wouldn't feel confident in this engine with all the repairs and would like a full refund. I sent it back, as soon as they received it, I got a full refund. If anything this transaction gave me more confidence dealing with Trainz.

ENOUGH already guys!  Frankly, I can't figure out why many of you respond to a thread like this that involves "situations" and "controversy" yet a lot of really good threads don't even get half the comments this one did.  I had to go through and do editing and deleting and now I am closing it.
