Williams NW-2 direction control

Have a NW 2 with horn and bell.

Installed dpdt on track power to switch between bell and horn. Using a zw with stud diode.
Is there a way to stop the F N R N direction sequence? Want to always start in fwd so the switch between bell horn won’t reverse engine.

You can make it start N F N R (like MTH and Lionel conventional).

Did the mod from ADCX Rob. Didn't have a slide switch available so I omitted it.

Tied the loose 100k resistor end to the 22k resistor. Works just like I wanted.
