Can anyone post a diagram of 3rd Rail's constant voltage board used in conjunction with a TAS board, Specifically their Big Boy, or any larger engine. Or a picture of one wired will work too.
Thanks, Chuck

If you are referring to their last "anniversary" UP 4023/4024 models, wouldn't that have been the TAS EOB electronics?
Yes, the road # 4024. Have several wires that broke off the constant voltage board, and not sure order that they go. The board is right in front of the smoke unit.
Can anybody help?

I'll see if I can get a photo of the board wire placement in my 4024. Can't do that until this evening and maybe meantime someone else who already knows will chime in. Alternatively contact Scott Mann himself, who may well know the answer off the top of his head.
If I can bother for a photo showing the wires to the board, that would be most helpful. Thank you.
Right, I finally got the boiler front off and out sprang the contents of a snakepit.
Not sure how useful these photos themselves might be but I can tell you that there are six wires attached to the board. On what appears in the photos as the lower half of the board there are three that attach to labelled solder points; one is ACG and the other two are simply RED and BLK. There is only one red wire to the board.
On the other half there are three more only one of which is labelled and that is Ground. The other two black wires are not labelled.
All of these wires lead back into the recesses of the boiler and I can't see what they connect to but it is NOT the two Molex connectors you see in the photos, which are for the number boards.
I still think that your best bet might be Scott Mann.
Thank you very much for taking the time and effort to help me. Your photos and description are immensely helpful!
