this give me AC and at what voltage?
AMTrack:
I had to do research for a customer - see attached
From first page
Power supply feeds 24 VAC into a light hub which converts it into 16 VDC.
Just Plug Light Hubs can be powered with either DC or AC power. We recommend using 16-20VAC or 24VDC. If a lower AC or DC voltage is used, the light may be dimmer. Do not exceed 20VAC or 24VDC.
Lights use 3 VDC. At the ends of each light are resistors that convert the 16 VDC to 3 VDC.
Problem – no on/off switch

I have a ZW-L. I have 1 channel at 13 volts to operate my Woodland Scenics as well as other buildings using incandescent bulbs. Really works well. I also add Nano or stick on lights powered by extra sockets on their boards inside the buildings. 13 volts gives a soft warm light. Like stated earlier, more voltage, more brightness.
