I am working on a brand new PS3 loco for a customer of mine. Everything works fine in DCS, but it won't move in conventional mode. When you hit the direction button, it shuts the sounds off. I wonder if the capacitor isn't working and what is the fix for this? I have 2 brand new imperial railking big boys and they both do exactly the same. Any suggestions?

When you remove track power in command mode, does it stop immediately, or does it run through the shutdown sequence? If it does the shutdown sequence, it's not the supercap.
