Currently 39 degrees with very, very light snow falling.

A. Thank you for posting these. I never knew what a bandit meet looked like.
B. If "outdoor dining" is available, how about an image of the menu??
Where and when bandit meet on Wednesday?
Where is Eddie G?
Where are all the Sombreros?
We are sending some more snow over to you from northeast Ohio. Be on the lokout for it!

Meets are usually at the Wyndham hotel inside in ballroom/hallways/and meeting rooms (and outside in the parking lot weather permitting), Days inn (inside), Fire hall on Sherman street (inside) and Reliance fire hall (inside).

A vote was taken in the parking lot this morning and the offer for more snow was soundly rejected.
Wednesday weather is supposed to be much better and no snow or rain.
Thanks for offering.

The good news it the snow, although still coming down here in northeastern Ohio, is not sticking. Perhaps the mountains between here and York will keep it from messing things up there.
I used to really enjoy the outdoor bandit meets, in particular. That was back in the days when they were thriving, and you often had a heck of a time finding parking close to any/all of those venues.
Snow did not stop eddie G. After all, he is a New Englander. Saw him walking around the Wyndham early this morning. Had already made his first purchase!

Those were the days, my friend, we thought they'd never end.................... but they surely did. The world changes and you need to change with it.

Regardless of the weather, this Florida resident wishes he was there!
I plan to be there in October.
Thanks for posting the photos.

As bad as it has been it may still be snowing in OCT.

Coming from Schenectady today had a good shot of snow on 81 from Wilkes barre to Mahoney city. Temp went from 42 at home to 31, in mountains and 45 here but there is green grass and flowered trees. not gray and barren like at home.
Okay, so Wednesday is supposed to be sunny and no moisture. So the parking lot should be in full swing.
Thursday, however does show clouds and 30-50% chance of rain.
Friday shows sunny, temps in the high 40s and no rain.
Good luck and happy hunting.
HEY!!
NO photos allowed of the Bandit Meets.
Got to the Wyndham at about 10:45 and shock of shocks there was no parking room! I had to park on the grass next to the roadway leading to the parking lot. I thought to myself that with the good weather perhaps the bandit show was getting better.
HA!! There was a utility conference on how to dig so as not to damage underground utility cables and pipes at the hotel. IMO the bandit show was the worst ever.
But Eddie G looked and sounded great.

PS. It would have been a waste of digital nothingness to have taken a picture.
Thanks for the pics......11PM.....just arrived in Shrewsbury.

My error. It seemed to me that there was nothing from the last 30 years there.

Actually, there were some TMCC engines and a JLC GG1 selling in the parking lot.
Lots of parts for all years.
Trains for sale in the ballroom were insanely overy priced.
