Hello Everyone,
I have a question about the York Meet. It looks like I will finally be able to attend a York Meet. If I register as a guest do I still have access to all the halls? Are there any limitations on being a guest? I know you cannot sell anything, but is there anything other than that?

If you have never been to York before and register as a guest you will be able to visit all the halls on all three days. Same as the members. This only applies to first timers.

Get in line, hand them your ID along with 22 bucks, fill out a form, and get your badge.

Has there been any rule changes as related for videographers. In short shooting videos in any of the halls?

I know photos can be taken anywhere in the dealer halls and Black Hall where the layouts are. I assume videos are OK too but can't say for sure. Not sure how anyone would know what was being taken.

Videos, as well as photos, are now OK in Orange, Purple, and modular displays.
According to the meet notice, just like still photography, videos are permitted in Orange, Purple, Black and of the layouts only in the White Hall.
