Not so simple. Especially if the mounting pin is broken off in the shell.

Bummer is you will have to pay 9.00 dollars for shipping...

LOL I wouldn't buy it unless you have to buy something else because a 1.00 dollar part could become a 10.00 dollar part in a minute

There's much better/detailed wipers out there from PSC and a few others. They are easy to put on/replace, just make sure you're in a clean open area so you can find them after they go flying 

Here's what I have. I may just order the parts and leave well enough alone for now. The camera actually gives a better view that what I can see with eyes and my cheaters!

good news is it didn't break clean off flush with the shell! You should have no problem getting that out...

I regard that as a major defect. Replace that wiper at all costs.

J Daddy, an hour later and no success. This will wait for another day...

The nub is too small to pull on so I thought the best approach would be pushing it out from the inside.

Tried a pin, bent it, a thumb tack... So far I've broken nothing else, so this one will get a rest!

Oh boy, yeah that is bad news. do you have a small drill bit you can start hand twisting from the B side of the shell?

You can simply use a very small pin punch and tap it from the inside and drive the pin out, no drilling required.

Yep, have had luck with those too, just hard to get a mini hammer in some of these shells. I use the small drill bit just to start a bite into the pin, just to see if I can free it...

slice it off flush then drill new hole for the new part. quick simple fix

I couldn't agree more! Hardest part is trying to fix one thing and not break something else!
