Still getting no power output on A &D handles. C&B working fine. All this started after I attempted tightening the gear bracket because the gears wouldn't stay aligned on my D handle. I can operate for time being with the two outputs but would like any ideas on the possible cause for not getting power on A/D outputs.

Look under the DU pot for a small blue wire that likes to break of the pot connection.

Okay. Would this cause both outputs to quit?
Yes. I have hit it two times.

That's what I couldn't figure as I never touched the other handles side of the transformer.

To update. I looked over all the wiring and could see no problems. Still mystified by losing output on both the A&D outputs. B&C work fine. Guess I will be seeking out a repair man if I can find one locally. Bummer.
Are you in a TMCC/Legacy environment? The A/D handles will stay at 0 volts until you address them and turn the red Cab knob up.

Sorry taking so long to reply. I am operating a tmcc engine with the DCS system so I only have the DCS remote. Command Base connected to the TIU with the TIU/TMCC cable. So I have no CAB1 remote.
Try using Posts A & D with the TMCC base turned off. The ZW-C is probably still has its factory settings for TMCC mode. When ever the TMCC base is turned on A & D will only send voltage when the ZW is addressed with the TMCC remote (or Legacy base and remote). If you have a friend or local hobby shop that has a Base and remote they can readdress it to TR O and all the handles will work.

I haven't turned it off but did disconnect cable from base to TIU and still no power output on either A/D.
Try it turned off - it is probably still getting the signal.

Bingo! Thanks everyone for your help. Is there a way to get around not having the Lionel cab to get it programmed?
Borrow a CAB1?
You have to program the ZW-C as TR ID#0 to get it to ignore the command signal. And this will require a Cab remote.
If TMCC behaves the same as Legacy, just power on the ZW-C first, then wait a few seconds to power up the TMCC base and TIU. If the ZW-C can't see the signal at power up, the TR id's don't work, and the A-D throttles behave normally.
I do it all the time when running all command engines and I just crank the throttles up to full. When I run a conventional engine, I start the Legacy base up first, then control track power with the big red knob.

Once again thanks. I did this and it worked.

I had that same issue and that's what I do now and it runs great. This video talks about the ZW-C. He talks about a processor that has to be replaced for Legacy, but what Mr Moe says works too.
