I have a ZW c - the model with built in power masters. This unit has worked fine up to now but when I bring up track one it comes up with full power using either TMCC or Legacy. Track four works as it should allowing me to control voltage. I heard parts are no longer available. Hoping some of you would be able to tell me how to repair.

ZW C does not have built in PM? They are external and plug in. If you no longer can control Handle A,B,C power output the board has something bad. If you lower handles can you reduce voltage to track? G
You might contact Dale M to see if he gotten anywhere on repairing these. Here is the link to the thread where he indicated that he is investigating them.

That would be incorrect George, the ZW-C with the bricks does indeed have the capability of command control of the voltages. It is basically four of the TMCC PowerMasters in a box.
Have you tried calibrating it using the instructions on page 14 of the manual? Are you using this with a CAB-1 remote to control the voltage? If it is programmed to the remote, try reprogramming it to manual by setting the ID# 0.

Yes it will go to zero but any position above zero is max power. No I have not tried reprograming. It worked before with both cab-1 and cab-2. I will try reprograming.
Yes the it does have 4 power masters built in.

Excuse me I was thinking Power House vice PM. Actually it DOES NOT have 4 power masters in it. It has a control board that enables Command control. I have one on my layout. The rest of what I state is correct. Something wrong, and worth knowing if you can manually control Voltage. That would help determine if FET issues or Processor control. If processor control, you going to have to rely on Lionel. I would call they may refurbish it or have one despite inventory listing. G
OK, it doesn't physically have four PowerMasters in it, I yield the point.
The ZWc responds to stall settings. If you accidentally set a stall speed you need to clear it by addressing that channel and pressing SET twice holding it for one second each.
