036 Left Hand Remote/Command Switch

What is it with the 036 switches? All the other diameters and directions are available but I've looked all over for the 036 FasTrack Left Hand Remote/Command Control Switch SKU: 6-81947. I even offered $200 apiece for them if they included the box, remote and all six number lenses. No luck. Why are these so popular and the other ones aren't?
