?? That's the gun turret off the half track. Hopefully, now it's on a heavily armored caboose!

I'm guessing a heat packing caboose too. I blew up a still frame from the Menards video the other day and it looks like there is a gun on the roof next to the cupola.

A great and needed addition to complement all the US Army rolling stock that has been introduced of late, but how about some more US Navy rolling stock? Someone has to protect the seaways so all those container ships carrying these fantastic Menards train products can make it to west coast ports!
Not sure if the caboose is totally prototypical but it looks neat and for me a must have. Will order that and a few more.
Finally! Great to end my Menards military train! Grandkids think prototypical is whatever I say it is! Any arguments and they move a few places down in the will! LOL

Well, we asked for it, so I have to order it now.

All I can say is awesome! Just now ordered it. I think the gun is a nice creative touch and goes good with the flashing LEDs on the rear... it will keep enemy trains from sneaking up from behind!
My Jeep and halftrack flatcars arrived yesterday.. but they must now patiently await the caboose before invading other competing big box home centers headquarters! Lol!

I think a turret with the addition of a Yosemite Sam placard would work well. Much more effective than a conventional EoT device.
