Bob, is that a clue? The END meaning the end of a train AKA CABOOSE !
Good Afternoon Mark,
Could you please give us an update on the delivery time of this product? Also, could we please have another clue?
I hope we're not waiting all this time for a caboose! I remember one Christmas as a kid waiting for a 2 wheel bike! All excited from November on! When it came it was broken! And not the bike I was expecting anyway! Years of therapy to deal with that! LOL

Mark offered the same clue earlier. I think it was when he announced the delay late last week.

I can't remember for sure, but didn't that Santa Fe boxcar come out after the stores were already stocked for the holiday season or even after the season was over? If that was the case, they wouldn't be in the stores at all, since Menards doesn't stock new releases after a certain point. Mark, do you know?

It was around the same time last year (early to mid October). We released the Santa Fe boxcar a couple weeks before they arrived at the stores. Unfortunately, it is hard to track down the remaining store inventory because there are so few of them out there.

Rich: Are you calling me a dwarf? I'm far from that. You should know that!!! LOL... See you in Chicago next year I hope.. Bob
Now, I no not need a SF caboose. But a silver SP Overnite would fit the cars I have now!
Now some UP CHALLERBER, TTG or yellow express boxes would work.
In fact any EXPRESS BOX liveries would work, up to, and including Amtrak!
Son of a gun! $%^ A stinking commercial for a caboose. I need a drink. page number 7.
Are these cabeese in a container in Chicago somewhere?
Ok, I'm confused! Is it released or not, is it available on line or not, why is there being rather than nothing? LOL
The SF Caboose is not online yet.
If the Santa Fe Caboose is really the thing (I hope it is), it would be nice if you reissued the Santa Fe box car. It is the only Santa Fe stock I have missed so far, not counting the caboose.
I know I am not the only one looking for it.

Therapy starts in 10 minutes.. Be there..paul will be in charge.. LOL
You know, buy the time they get on line, they will be sold out!
I'm thinking when this caboose is released, (tomorrow???) it should be a double release day. Just sayin'.
I just went to the Menards website, and I don't see a Santa Fe caboose....only BNSF and C&NW. If it was there, did they take it down?
I sense a disturbance in the Force.

Figures.............more toy like stuff. C'mon Menards....How about some more of your scale items like those sweet buildings and those awesome 14 3/4 " flat cars.
Toy trains being toylike... imagine that! Lol!
If I bought one, I'm sure that after my yard crew made up the train, the lights would be on the wrong end.
I think one would look great at the end of a mixed train of Santa Fa tankers and box cars!
SERIOUSLY!! This is what I've been waiting 7 pages for?
LOL Mary, Just think it might be 8 pages before you can buy one on line! LOL
