The caboose has always been 24.99

Most box cars and other rolling stock with no additional lighting or other features I am assuming are $18-22. Cabooses are $22.24 +. Just need to check the web page to verify.

I checked the website. It's real easy. You simply go to Menards.com and search for "train stuff." $19.99 cars are still $19.99 (except for this week's 11 percent rebate sale). The cabooses, which have been $24.99, are still $24.99.
