That was pretty cool, thanks for posting. I liked the scenes from the Railroad Pageant. That was a really ambitious show, too bad they can't do that nowadays!

More film of the trains.
My dad (still living) played in a parish-sponsored drum and bugle corps that performed at Lebanese Pavilion at the 1939 World's Fair. I'll have to ask him if he remembers the railroad exhibit at the fair. (I remember the LIRR exhibit and train ride at the 1964-65 World's Fair, also held in NY.)

Great video. Thanks for posting. 
I was lucky enough to see the 1964 version of a World's Fair as a senior in a New York City HS. Many great memories from numerous trips to the fair. Too bad they are a thing of the past.
