Anyone know if any dealers are considering custom-runs of the USRA mikado? Especially in roadnames like Minneapolis & St. Louis?

Got an email from MTH today about these: MTH USRA 2-8-2 Mikado Announced
I almost posted a question yesterday after l'd read the list of USRA Mikes' usual suspects of roadnames: "What OTHER roads used these, including even second hand?". ( I have sheets of decals)

Pat's Trains has previously announced on the OGR Forum a custom run JERSEY CENTRAL Mikado. I ordered mine!

On the custom run Mikados by Pats and Mr. Muffin they show the locomotives they are doing a custom runs of with Elesco Feedwater Heaters.I hope MTH follows through and makes them with the Elesco feedwater heaters instead of the cookie cutter versions
