I have called Lionel, and asked to have a call back. I sent an email to "Talk to Us" and don't expect an email back. So now I'm asking the O Gauge RR masses for any info on what I'm looking for....
I am rebuilding a 6-28567 UP Legacy GP7 Diesel. This was a basket case when purchased. Since no parts were available, I have gone to use other model numbers to scab the parts together. I had to order the trucks and side frames. Originally the OE trucks had a 3 pin harness, I guess. At least that's what the replacement parts list says, because those are still available. The new trucks are 4 pin, and none of the Legacy GP7 Diesels list the 4 WHL/MTR TRK wire harness. So, I'm asking for help with locating the P/N for that 4 pin harness. I just don't have the faith in Lionel to respond back to me. I'm still waiting on a reply back from 2 years ago. I need both the front and rear harnesses.
Worst case scenario is I build my own.
