Is the #94 high tension tower for use with standard gauge only or can they be used with O gauge without looking out of place?  They are huge in real life, so they might still seem small even in O gauge.  Was there an O Gauge HT tower  made in the same manner as the #94?

The MTH one is a little unusual in that there are no diagonal braces from the top of the insulator string to the tower (to counter-act the downward pull of the line wire and string) and only one static wire at the top. There is one quite old circuit near here that uses a similar configuration.

I do have several of the MTH towers but think that a brown plastic or the insulators would be much more realistic.
