I’m hearing you, Bob!  The Blackwater Canyon Line owns these.  No Chrysler, but are Studebaker and Hudson going to go away!  🤔

Mark,

I have the Hudson as well a replacement truck just came this morning which I have to install. Have you ever seen any General Motors box cars, especially Pontiac?

Oh no! The Farmingdale & Southern just acquired these box cars. Are they already surplus? What to do now?

I've had me eyes on all three of these on eBay but have never pulled the trigger.  I do have gray Mopar Parts and orange Chevy boxcars.  I would love a Dodge boxcar, I don't believe Weaver made one, and I'm looking for a Ford to round out the Big Three.

FOR TODAY:  The Wiliger brothers, Bo and Ozzie are scrounging through the trackside junk pile as a freight train passes by.  These fellers have a rather lucrative side hustle of collecting junk and selling what they've collected to scrap dealers.  Bo yells to Ozzie " Hey Oz!  I found some 16 gauge copper wire!  A huge spool of it too.  I'll bet there's enough here to wire 40 or 50 large O gauge train layouts!

Those Weaver cars show up on eBay quite often, especially the older cars like the DeSoto and Hudson cars.  I've seen the Mopar boxcar one or two other times, don't recall seeing the Chevy boxcar again.

Yea Joe, I looked the other day,  They had a Hudson, [one of my favorites] $149.99  LOL, a little too much... A few others, but again way overpriced.  I will check periodically, as I would like to have at least one of the Chrysler cars...

Wow, there are so many beautiful pictures I just say, there’s a lot of nice pictures and videos to review. Happy Railroading Everyone IMG_3065IMG_3064IMG_3063IMG_3061IMG_3060IMG_3059IMG_3057IMG_3056

Larry thanks for posting these photos.  There are perspectives of your layout I've never seen before.  It looks like you have a level that is about head high and another closer to the ceiling.  Is that correct?

FOR TODAY .. a moving picture:  A WPBR NEWSFLASH - The Metropolitan Patsburg  "Not so Rapid Transit System" announces the maiden voyage of the completed Cross Town Elevated Trolley Line"!!!  When construction began  in 2015, the plan was to give the citizens of Patsburg a fully functioning elevated trolley service that ran above and across the entire city, plus connecting and serving the towns of Anywhere, Everywhere, Nowhere, and Underwear.

Nice Patrick.

I've seen that trolley somewhere before 🤓 ...???....................

.........I  believe it was going to PolarExpresswhere 😉
