Had to do some  parallel parking at the rail today with a chassis. It’s been awhile since I’ve done this.

That is a neat table  Brian, where did you find that. Here is a pic from Mendota last week.  Will be there this week and will get more detailed pics. Neat old crossing shanty. Nick T.

I look forward to seeing more photo's. It's been 25 plus years since I've been to Mendota, IL. The last time I was there, a portion of the IC charter line was still there serving a lumber company. I think the BN was doing the switching then.

Very nice Bill T.!!  Those engine make will look great heading up a Christmas consist.  These are my locos of choice to run on my layout during December.  Got to love the paint scheme!

Started on my first train layout in many years. Going for postwar Lionel on Super O track. (My full-scale 2R and 3RS equipment will be reserved for train shows and maybe a future layout) 

More Super O track is on order, planning for two loops.

Took this pic last summer I’ve never seen this type of hopper

Those passenger cars remind me of the Lionel cars from the Flying Yankee and 265e Blue Streak.
