I haven't seen anything on here about the DCS meeting & dinner at the Holidome Wednesday night.

I know Barry travels a long way to York and from my experience doing the Legacy meeting, it takes a little bit to d-compress and re-group. I'm sure he'll be posting a summary soon that I am looking forward to.
How's the new puppy?
Barry usually post a summary over in the MTH DCS and PS2/PS3 forum the third entry from the very top is the WELCOME TO THE 17TH YORK DCS USER GROUP MEETING! thread. No summary has been posted yet.
Dan
Chris, she is really something. I will post a picture of her tonight along with a GG1 I got at York so that Rich doesn't delite it.
The biggest news that night was that MTH is planning a PS-3 GE 44-tonner, that starting in late summer upgrade kits will be PS3, that a mini-PS3 board is in the works, that sales of certain parts (e.g., boards) should not be restricted to dealers only.
Also discussed and demonstrated was the app control system and its schedule. MTH aim is to market the black box required for each TIU at a below $100 price. Person using the app noticed there is no time lag for control.
5 persons did upgrades of remotes and TIUs, and there was a long line.
Here is the process for the meeting I send the summary to Barry who will be home by weeks end we tweek the notes to add more info if necessary on technical questions asked at the session, after which he will post by weeks end. And by the way a record 110 DCS updates to 4.30 were done at the session! A positive response for sure!!!
Like Don said!
I expect that the meeting summary will be up no later than Monday
It was a great get-together (even with Andy showing up late ). Very nice venue, fine food, good service, and lots of friendly fellow hobbyists. Doesn't get any better than that!
Thanks to Barry and all who assisted in putting on the event.
Looking forward to it, Barry.........take all the time you need.

I agree with Peter. We can wait.
Thank you.
Eddie, you should have gone and said hello to the guys/gals. You would have known many of the folks present. Everyone enjoys conversing with you.
