Gentlemen and Ladies.....

Does anyone know a way to repair a "warped" Prewar American Flyer Tender? I believe it is a # 585 and is warped on both sides. Will heat do it? Or should I avoid it all together?

Heat will cause you MAJOR problems. You can try a very slow pressure squeeze to flatten the side, but it will change the dimensions. 1/64 squeeze per month...

Best to leave it.
