Amazing-American Freedom Train's Tool Car made from a GGD HW combine

Beautiful car, Ron. Tom did an amazing job - it looks like it matches/lines up perfectly with the tender. Now you’ve got to post a video of your whole train

Tom did great!  I plan to do a video once I get the wagons and decal them and the vehicles.

I bought the GGD HW combine from Trainz and had them send it directly to Tom.  It was the SP version in the orange Daylight colors.  Here is a photo of my PRR version of the car.

I wanted to see what changes needed to be made.   Looks like blanking the windows and passenger door, and making a new freight door.

I went back to Freedom.org to look at pictures of the car.  I found these interesting facts:   It was lettered "Splendid Spirit" in the first year.  It was not lettered for AFT until the second year.  And sadly, it was just scrapped May 2022.

Tom, you are a true craftsman. Ron, I'm looking forward to seeing the complete train run. I haven't seen it since it came through Aurora Illinois when I was 11 or 12.

The 10 wagons, or trailers, used for concessions and storage are being 3D printed for me.  I have prepared three AtlasO 89' flatcars for them, so once I get them I will do another video.  I am interested in how many engines I will need to pull the 25 cars I have.
