andriod wifi import and export ?

for barry and other experts. I have a samsung note 5 phone with dcs installed. I have a samsung tab 4 with dcs installed. both premium and both the latest verion. I am trying to export my dcs info to my tablet from my phone to reinstall my engines and such. both are on my home wifi. my phone and tablet connect to each other and my phone sends my tablet a wifi dcs export file. problem is my tablet wont open it. it gives me this message( see attched photo). last time I did this it showed up as an email and I just opened the email clicked on the attchment and it worked. has this been changed for Android or am I doing something wrong?
