Several years ago when I decided to fill-in the layout corner in the background off the 084/096 dual main with Denim Mill Buildings and Mill Village Shop fronts, with Post Office,Hotel,etc. Model Structures stepped up by both building structures and modifying kits. Joe Fauty is a great [and patient] guy to work with and has reasonable prices.

In the foreground of the photo at the end of the Service Yard, you see Coaling, Water, Sand Towers by another favorite builder, Harry Hieke, who also built the Smokestack behind Joe's Powerhouse.

Joe made the Diesel Fueling Tower[with the Southern Ry herald].

Last photo: 3 phase 440 VAC w/neutral. Exiting Powerhouse enroute to power the Mill equipment[by Plant Shop Sparktricians].

Joe does a wonderful job in supplying us with very nice accessories for our layouts. This structure is no exception.
