I recently posted about how great Lionel support was when I called to get my #990 upgraded to the latest firmware since it came with the older v1.0 software here.
Well, I sent that remote out on Saturday and it came back TODAY. One week door to door. Not bad!

I have also used them before and they always did a good job.
Yep, their service dept fixed my remote and also it would not talk to 1 of 2 bases I have. 1 for home use and 1 that goes to shows. Whatever the issue, the tech fixed the problem. Now my show use remote/ base can go back to shows. My club promotes the hobby whenever there are shows near us.
