What ever happened to the train show at the Bingo Hall in Ronkonkoma on Portion Rd. or the St. Vincents de Paul show in Elmont? I just moved back too LI and I see no Ads for these shows. What shows are left on LI?

There are shows at St. Vincents, should be one in early December and VFW or American Legion in Lindenhurst, don't know the schedule. They might be listed in the OGR magazine.

I don't know about the Ronkonkoma show, but the old St. Vincent DePaul show moved several years ago. It is now at the Plattdeutsch Park Restaurant at 1132 Hempstead Tpke., Franklin Square and is called simply "RR Lines." The recent show was on 10/28, but upcoming shows will be on 12/2, 1/20 and on 3/24 (8:00 AM.)
As with many other train shows, it is not as big as it once was.
The other L.I. show that I attend is called Northern Spur Train Show and Swap Meet. It is held at Knights of Columbus Hall, 400 South Broadway, Lindenhurst, NY. Upcoming shows will be on 11/4, 1/6, 2/10 and 3/10 (8:30 AM).
