Hopefully I'm doing this right, but just wondering if anyone's gotten any notice and/or sightings that these engines are shipping out yet? They used to have a estimated ship date of July 6th, which has since been removed, and according to those in the PRR L1 thread that's usually an indication that something is about to ship out.

The 0-4-0 switcher is another MTH mold Lionel is using, correct? This leads me to this question. If they had to use a wired tether on the recently released 0-6-0s, how can these 0-4-0s be equipped with a wireless tether?

These are going to be updated Lionel models (originally K-Line?) I believe. I don't think they purchased the MTH shells of this one although it would have been nice because the MTH model is nicely detailed. I'm anxious to see what they are able to do with these. Have they been shown on any of their Facebook posts? They usually show up there first.
Which Lionel catalog were the 0-4-0s listed?

Sorry it took me so long to get back to this thread, got wrapped up with a train show, they were in the 2022 volume 1.
Haven't seen them but I'm very excited for the arrival. My hobby shop seems to come around a month after the Lionel scheduled ship date (pending issues on the Lionel side) so I will be expecting them here in August for me.
I think my A-5 dance card is full or I'd be in for one or two of these.

As one of the younger guys in the hobby who grew up with (thankfully both) video games and trains, there's always room for one more match, or A5 in this case . At least that's how I justify my current collection to my parents.

Well, I did make room for a couple more. In addition to the three K-Line A-5's, I also have a couple of the MTH PS/2 models...

Normally that's correct, but in the case of the L1s, the lionel store showed them in stock. The A5 shows as pre order still with no ship date. So my guess is that they are delayed.
