first attempt at glazing or installing windows in PSC 3 com 2drw observation any and all advice considered would like to use .070 poly carbonate I have .whats the best way?

Don't use CA it will fog the windows. I use white glue, there has to be something better.

I use microscope slide cover slips. Cut to fit with a diamond scribe (light pressure, continuous cut) glue in place with watch crystal cement. Diamond works much better than conventional glass cutter or tungsten carbide tipped scribes

Microscope cover slips are available from a number of sources.
