I found this billboard this morning and it bought back a lot of fond memories.

Sean - So weird. I was thinking about the AOL Boards earlier today, and wondering how many others, besides CaptKraft, were now on OGR Forum. I came over in 2000, as soon as I knew about it, but didn’t register for a month or two, as I wanted to get the lay of the land first.
I do, in front of the Grandstands.
Talk about Nostalgia!
I was an aol member.
Me Too I really miss it and the great times at the Viking club!
I was on the AOL board, but never have been to York.
I attended both the cook outs and the viking club dinners. They were great fun!
I remember all the AOL get together/ dinners we had at York. Even Clyde Coil and his family joined us twice at the car port get togethers.
I have 2 of those AOL box cars but someone gave me an extra one plus have everything billboard that Ted Haas aka Papahare made for each York shindig.
Remember it? It would be **** near impossible to forget those amazing gatherings and the great participants from the AOL boards of days long gone by. There will never be anything quite like them again. I'm 100% sure my pal Ted Bertiger agrees!
I was a AOL CHARTER member, Back when Dial up modems were still around .
I still had the AOL floppy disk & cds up to a year ago . I am still using Aol for some of my Emails .
