I am not sure how I did this. I am glad I did though. Putting the PE through its paces today, I held either the Aux 1 or Aux 2 key and found a new feature...new to me anyways. After I did this, some of the train sounds are automatic. When you first start moving, in any direction, the engineer states that we are moving and the whistle is blown twice and what sounds like maybe a break is released. The bell sounds until you go over 24 on the remote. Not sure which button caused this (Aux 1 or Aux 2). I tried to look it up in the manual and was not able to find this feature listed. Can anyone tell me what feature I activated and where it is in the manual?

At a stop Press AUX1 and hold it for about 3 seconds until the whistle sounds. Then start out with the throttle. If you are running, you need to stop and press to get the feature started.
Yes you activated sequence control.
Not sure where it is in the manual but look for the oval with arrows. That will explain more. The manual isn't on line yet. To get out of it stop the locomotive and push the Aux 1 then circle R (reset) or cycle the power. Not from your engine but the functions should be the same.

Thanks for the manual info. I must have an older legacy manual downloaded. I am going to see if I can find a manual with the page you have listed.
Like I said the new manual isn't online yet. Look in your paper copy.
Missed that part. Seems like 1.52 has been out for a while now. Surprising that it is not online. Either way, I am glad I stumbled on this feature. I guess I need to read the paper manual instead of the online manual that I have on my ipad.
This is a function of the locomotive not the Legacy system software. Older Legacy engines do not have this. Only those from about 2012 on.
The engine manual would have that information.
Thanks again. I will read the loco manual better then.
It's a pretty cool feature. You can continue to sound the whistle and such on you own while in sequence mode.
