I purchased a set of four of the very nicely done Atlas Chicago, Milwaukee & Puget Sound woodside reefers from the TCA Pacific Northwest a few months ago. At the time of sale, they charged a full shipping charge per item, resulting in a substantial excess shipping charge over the actual cost. There was a thread on OGR about these cars, and I mentioned that while I was very happy with the cars, not so much with the shipping charge. Today I received a check from TCA Pacific Northwest for the difference between the shipping charge paid and the actual cost. I want to thank the organization for doing the right thing - I assume they did this for all their multiple buyers who paid excess shipping. Thanks guys!
