Can these switch motors be set up for non derailing? Hook up an isolated rail on each inside leg to one of the control wires each, like the dz 1000 machines? thanks

Yes, most wiring detail involves the additional 6924 Relay board.

I can't quite follow the t and the O if you use the isolated rail. Do you hook up T and O to both the board and to the 56 switch? thanks
Yes. T (Through) O (Out). The isolated rail sections act as an additional switch in parallel with the Push button pictured or either of the two control devices pictured. All (T) hooked together. All (O) hooked together. The 6924 relay times out to inhibit switch motor burn out, a problem with Atlas twin coil motors.
Note that accessory common and track common have to be one and the same.
