I have two Atlas-O, 3 Rail, New Haven SW's with TMCC. Both have substantially larger antenna installed in the cab roof. One operates very reliably in Command Mode with minimal signal problems. When operating in Command Mode, the other experiences a large amount of headlight flickering--especially as the speed is increased. This phenomena also occurs on other peoples layouts that have ground planes installed and it seems to be only this engine that exhibits this behavior.
Any thoughts on what is causing this and how to fix it.
