Received "rivets".  The diameter was .0625" (1/16").  Located true center on shoulder.  Drilled a .0469" (3/64") hole.  Using a white arkansas stone, I stoned .005" off a 1/16" high speed reamer.  The rivets pressed in really nice. App .0025" bite per side.  They will never come out. With the original oiler linkage and rivets it looks great. I'd bet even ole Joshua L. Cowen could tell they have been repaired!  Runs and looks a solid C8  L/N.  Seen them on evil-bay go for over $300 in this condition. So I guess at $97, I guess I did "STEAL" it.  Not that big of a deal to fix these after all!  Im gonna pull a 2671W 12-wheel tender behind it. Impressive pulling power.  I know, I know, it didnt come with this tender but they sure look great together.  Should have come with a 12 wheel tender.  IMHO   Real fun and informative project.  Thanks to everyone for their imput.  Have to have g-daughter teach me how to put pictures on here.  lol
