That 1984 model on eBay (uh, the Divco truck ), looks like they have looked for

some time, although I haven't seen any lately.  They have been around a long time,

as has that styling, but I wonder HOW LONG has that styling been generally unchanged?  I know there was an earlier versiion, but don't know the cutoff date

between it and this one....this has a Ford six, I am guessing a 300 cu. in. one as

used in pickups at that time....earlier ones used a side valve 4 cylinder Continental

engine (I think!).

Those of us over here in Europe have no choice though for most things. I try to order in bulk where possible, and that spreads the cost over several items. But it's not cheap to ship train stuff over, and then there is 21% tax and the customs handling fees on top of that (They even tax the shipping charges here!)  On average it adds 40-50% minumum to the prices that you pay in the USA.

Nicole Did not know Dinky made any,would think though they would be more expensive due to their age.

And boy don`t our goverments know how to charge!
