Broken Accessories

I have the following accessories which do not work. They have various histories. Is it worth trying to get them repaired?

A friend of mine has the same swing accessory which broke. I repaired it for him. The accessory has a very simple electronic board. On his, the voltage regulator died. I ordered new parts from digikey and for less than $10 had it running again.

The culvert loader is a much more complicated accessory. It depends on whats wrong with it. Also the number you indicated does not match the culvert unloader.
