I purchased a new old stock Lionel Halloween RSII from a dealer the other day...when I opened the box these two brake lines were laying inside the box. The dealer said that for the time frame and design ...this was common on the Lionel engines...and granted me some money back on the purchase. Was this common? Also, when looking on the Lionel parts site it show that these brake lines are a separate part that goes into the front of the engine...but when looking closely it seems like they're casted in...thoughts?
