Broken Z4000 Terminal | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum

I dropped my Z4000 Transformer and 1 of the banana plugs that was connected to the positive ..red terminal took all of the weight of the transformer when it fell and it broke off flat.Can that be replaced or is the transformer now junk. Would like some advice on this matter.

They can be replaced. Just look up “female banana plug”.

Make sure you (or other qualified service person) do a thorough inspection of other internals after such a fall. I'd be worried something else got dislodged or broken as well.

The terminal IS a female banana plug.
