I am using Lionel Fastrack to build my layout. I am using only 6-81952/53 072 Switches. I was trying to wire them using the Aux In 14v option, but over 1/2 of my some 30 or so switches do not work with this option. They work fine using the jumper using track power. anyone ever ran into this issue. Lionel is no use, can't get anyone to answer phone and tech support is not an option in the menu anymore. Desperate for help.

My recollection is that there were some O-72 FT switches from a couple of years ago that were wired incorrectly from the factory - that could be the source of your problem.
A Forum search should yield some information.
Considering how we have to solve our issues without help from Lionel or some dealers, I would take the bottom covers off one switch that works and one that does not work. Compare the wiring.
