Bump-n-Go Trolley

I recently acquired a Bum-p-n-Go Trolley,  I plan to have it run on Super O track in the middle of my current layout, thru the middle of the "town" I have set up.

My question:  is it possible to set up the trolley track to have stops along the track - as if the trolley was making stops to pick up people ??

Any help would be appreciated, however, I am not an "electrical engineer" so please, if possible "keep it simple"
