I have a couple of the RailKing C628's and just bought another one made by Weaver. Looking at the photos on-line, They both look like the same model. I am curious to know if MTH bought these from Weaver or if they are different tooling. I bought it because it looks new and was a steal. Since Weaver isn't around anymore, parts may be a problem, so I may be in luck if they are the same as the MTH models.

I believe they are the same. But MTH has no parts diagram on line that I could find. The plastic wheels on my Weaver model are cracking and I don't know how long the Krazy glue will hold out !
I went through the process of finding the parts diagrams for my RK Centuries and came up empty. I had to call Midge to get a new snowplow for one of mine. The blind wheels on my MTH locos are plastic also, so the MTH parts will probably work on your loco. You will have to contact Midge through the MTH site or call. I don't recommend using the contact form on the parts page. I have never received a reply from the parts/service department.
MTH originally made the 628 and a few other models for Weaver. I do not remember when MTH took the molds for themselves. I have a SD40-2 made for weaver.
