Helping a friend install his new Legacy setup and we have an apparent problem with the handheld.
The main upper screen is litup and looks normal. The batteries are fully charged. The problem is that the number screen in the middle is not lit up at all; no numbers are visible. It appears completely dead. There is no way to enter engine numbers etc.
I have never seen this behavior before and wonder if there is a toggle somewhere to turn this screen on/off? Or is there is some other procedure needed to get it up and running?
