How can I hook up the cab2 serial Comm that currently runs to my TPC 300’s for track power and ACS FOR Fastrack switches remote to the Cab3 Base? The Serial Comm is a 9 point plug? Thank you.

LCS SER2 module and a PDI cable to base 3. This is how you add a serial port to base3.
Brian, I have not yet been successful in controlling my TPC 400s by connecting the data /com cable to serial port on SER 2 and then connecting PDI cable to SER 2/Base 3, regardless of which PDI connection I use.I do know TR ( I programmed two TPCs as TR) is not enabled on LCS APP yet.
I have reconnected my base 2 and turn on track power via cab 2.Wonky work around.
If you get yours to work please advise. Appreciate.
I believe that's one of the outstanding issues with the BASE3, I'm sure they must be working on it.

You may not be aware of this but you can presently, and always have been able to, program the TPC's as ENGines instead of TRacks or TRains.
Try it as an alternative. It's worked for me for 25 years.

I am aware of programing TPC as an engine. I currently have 96 engines programmed ( yes, I know I should cull the herd), however I do not want to use ENGines to control TRacks.
I am sure Lionel development will fix it once they get to it.
