Yes, I saw one yesterday. Has tractor engine ( I believe it was a COE-cab over engine) with the two tier car trailer and two vehicles. There were several varieties offered and the retail was about $17.00. There night be an extra vehicle included.

banjoflyer,
Do you mean there may be three cars in the set?
These rigs would be a natural on any S-gauge/scale layout. I found all three car carriers plus the black chase carrier at my local Wal Mart. Another Wal Mart find was the brown Johnny Lightning 1965 International Pickup. There is a green one, too. When it comes to 1/64 vehicles, the S scalers have a lot of affordable and interesting offerings.

I too wondered about the extra car but now that I think about it the prior M2 releases of car carriers had only one vehicle on the carrier.
The new sets have two vehicles shown and I think that accounts for the "extra" car.
I may buy the one with the '57 Chevy as I have on my layout (S gauge) a car dealership that sells only "57 Chevys. It would fit right in.

Banjoflyer,
There were actually 2 car carriers with 57 Chevies. The first one, released about a year ago, had a red-orange transporter decorated for OK Used Cars. The 57 Chevy Belair in the carrier was a light green with a white top. Then, of course, there's the white carrier that just came out with the red 57 Belair and a 66 Corvette.
I don't know what era you model, but Castline has come out with 58 and 59 Chevy Low Cab Forwards both with trailers and as tractors only. The tractors are orange with chrome trim and blue with white trim. These I fitted out with flatbed trailers I bought at Tractor Supply Co.
Well I sort of model a wide range of eras but I'm partial to '57 Chevys even though I never had one and probably never will.
I think I'll try to find the one shown in the ad from the earlier post with the White OK carrier and the red '57 Chevy.
My local Walmart only had the '57 Ford model. (I actually had one of those!)

1957 was a great year for automobiles. A real classic car is out of reach, so I collect diecasts. I have two 57 Nomads in 1/18 scales plus a 150 Utility sedan with fuel injection, also 1/18.
Johnny Lightning put out a 57 Chevy hearse and an ambulance, both in 1/64. Do you have any of those?
No, I haven't seen those at my local store.
I do have about 20 different '57 Chevys from M2 and most are at the car dealership. Some are parked at the local drive-in.
A few years ago Lowe's offered a Chevy dealership porcelain model in their Christmas selection. Inside there is a red '57 Chevy on a turntable. Not exactly S scale but I had to have it.

Saw all 3 of the 2 car sets at local Wal Mart today.
They looked nice, wish I had S scale items to pair them up with.
Yeah, about a year ago I saw an S-Helper service Chessie switcher(SW9?) on the for sale or trade forum. I'm into O, primarily, but that switcher was very tempting.
Those sets will work with those who use Marx products!
That's right, Dominic!
I purchased the Ford tractor trailer with the '57 Fairlane and the '70 Mustang (pictured above) at my local Wally World today. Snagged a separate blue Castline M2 1950 Mercury, too. Thanks for the tip.

Tractor Supply Co. doesn't carry any Castline products. However, they do carry Ertl 1/64 scale tractors. I have a Castline 58 Chevy tractor pulling an Ertl trailer loaded with 1/64 scale Ertl Allis Chalmers tractors. Those tractors would also make a great load on an S scale flatcar.
