Just opened the newsletter from Charles Ro. As usual some great deals on new products. However, this must be a typo---> Grand Central Terminal for $46.95.

I saw it as well. I quickly hit the click to purchase button. But then saw that the price was $219. I decided to pass. For the $46.00, I would have modified it into my Boston, MA. based modern day layout.
