Is it still operating??
I am clicking the link (like I used to do...though it has been a while) and all I get is an error message...something like "store no longer on server."
Someone else please try it and let me know.

Works same as usual for me.

I just clicked the "enter" under the "Ro...aring" steam engine, worked fine for me.

Charles Ro is alive and well. Very busy every day.
It works fine from Europe too. If you haven't used it for a while, are you sure you are using the correct address. WWW.CHARLESRO.COM ?
I encountered that issue a couple of times last week very late in the evening / early morning. Then I got through OK. Due to the late hour, I attributed the error message to the store software being updated. But then again, kids writing software today update production versions of software on the fly right during prime time, so you can never be too sure what's going on!!!
Bottom line... the store is definitely up, and I've ordered items there recently.

They are up & running, I received some items from them last week. I also received e-mails from FedEx and I'm waiting for more packages from them today and tomorrow.

Heading to Charles Ro Saturday morning. Going there beats the heck out of ordering online. Love that odds n ends table.
I have no trouble getting into the Ro storefront...though I have not heard the steam engine "roar" in years.
I was referring to the "online store" link that did not work about an hour ago...but, seems to now...
Thanks for all the replies...I am sure it was "me" or my ISP.
I read elsewhere in the forum that Charles Ro was blowing out the Strasburg 0-8-0. Would it be possible to order one of those, at the blowout price of course' from his store?

I have noticed that when you can not get in they are usually updating their catalog.
Sometimes when you're having trouble accessing a favorite site, it sometimes pays to purge (dump) cookies and cache, then try it and re-add to your favorites. It's worked for me a few times.
I'm curious to know if their in-store prices are as good as their mail order prices?

They have a great store and even though I have to order online it is not the easiest of web sites to navigate. Wish they would re-do it. But I will still order from them when it concerns Lionel. If true my next order will be the N&W J legacy steam that is supposed to be in the next catalog. Let's hope so.

Sorry to relay the bad news, but I was just on their site and after entering Strasburg under "search"on their site, the 0-8-0 didn't come up. I'm assuming if they were being blown pout, they're all gone by now.
