Clem's primer?

One of my favorite pre-York activities is to read Clem's primer to see what's new since last time, and to pick up tips on places to eat. I have been watching the Eastern Div's website, and they still have the April 2015 edition up there. Is there an update for October? Did the Eastern Division hide it somewhere else? Any info?
