Is anyone planning on going to the Cleveland 2-rail show on November 6th?

This is my first time getting a table at a show.  I have some new 3D printed parts I'm eager to get feedback on, and will be bringing a stack of B&O, Erie and NYC stuff from GGD and Sunset, along with a bunch of RR books to sell.  I might bring a couple projects I'm building for display.

Maybe wishful thinking, but planning on posting a list of stuff I'm on the hunt for

Haven't been able to get to a train show in over 2 years, so really looking forward to seeing some familiar faces!

No, but I saw Steely Dan or Donald Fagen and company last week. That was the encore. Would like to get to the Cleveland 2-rail show one day.

If the moderators want to delete my response, I won't take offense, especially since I'll go further off the rails - does the back cover of the group's "Northeast Corridor" CD show something other than the Northeast Corridor? Looks like a Superliner to me - at a grade crossing, at that.

You betcha !  And the NWS Cleveland weather forecast for both Friday and Saturday is great for this time of year:  highs in the 48 - 56 F range, low winds, overnight low of 31, 0% precip potential for Fri night and Saturday -- no getting up an hour earlier to clean the snow off the car and unfreeze the locks.  [ Why is it never like that when I have a table ? ]

Don't forget to empty the car trunk for all your purchases !

See ya, SZ

I'm planning on coming over for the show.  What sorts of things are you looking for?  I won't have a table, but I could bring things to sell if I knew what you were interested in.

Thank you for asking.  I think what I'm looking for are real long shots, but I know they're out there in 2-rail O-scale...

Got everything set up at the UAW hall this afternoon.  Lots of free books to give away:

Unfortunately it sounds like there will not be a food vendor due to COVID restrictions.

See everyone tomorrow!

I had sort of guessed that you were more steam-centric, based on a quick glance at some of your other posts on OGR.  So I probably couldn't have helped you with the wish list items anyway.  But it didn't hurt to ask.

I will stop by though and take a look at your 3d print work.  I'm always curious to hear about how other people are using 3d cad and printing.

See you tomorrow,
Jim
